Project Studio

Since i's beginning in 1985 Limited Access has been upgrading and improving its facilities and equipment. Current facilities boast a sound controlled environment with both analog and digital recording media.  

Studio A - the control room with twin 4'x4' double pained  1/8" glass overlooking the primary tracking room. Recording can be done directly to a 16 track Fostex Hard Disk Recorder then on to Sonar for mixing and mastering.

The main room provides over 300 square feet for musicians. Live sound recording has been achieved to perfection for four and five piece bands. We have professional drums, Bass, Guitar, & Keyboard stations, mood lighting and an awesome array of modern and vintage equipment available. The main room is soundproofed with three inches of stryoboard and complemented with a combination of acoustically correct wall treatments. Acoustical tile ceiling and comfortable pillow sofa/bench for visitors help make your recording session relaxing.

We also have a writers room where naturally a lot of songwriting and colaboration gores on in addition to PodCasting and other voice based work. In addition we produce Flash and other multi-media projects from this room.

The 600 square foot plus lounge includes a wet bar & pool table along with a comfortable meeting area, perfect for pre-session planning meetings and breaks. The lounge can also double as an isolated extension of the studio for vocals or instruments. 

The staff can help you get the sound you're looking for, even if we have to set the drum kit up on the 900 square foot deck (for that "open air/live sound"), so you can hear the cello player, doing a virtuoso in the bathroom (for natural organic echo, of course!). Our facility is totally wooded on five acres, so there's no intrusion or interruption.
